Use SUCH with plural nouns, like  "dogs, children,"  and nouns you normally cannot count ("milk, weather.")

Use SUCH A(N) with singular nouns that you can normally count, like  "woman, park."
She's such an intelligent woman.
It's such a beautiful park.
