I Play Versus I Am Playing |
This quiz is in the form of a news report filmed at Montreal's Old Port, a tourist site. Using dynamic feedback, it explains the difference between the simple present form -- I play, I think, etc. -- and the continous present form with -ing -- I am playing, I am thinking, etc. with emphasis on stative forms.
Ex: I am calling you because it's Mum's birthday tomorrow. We always call her on her birthday, so let us arrange a time we can make a video call together. She loves that.
