Bob (Speaker A) is looking for a rental apartment. He is calling the owner of an apartment for rent (Speaker B). Here is their phone conversation.
There are normally two words missing, unless you use the short form, which is not always possible.
Ex:   How old are you?
Ex:   I know that it is / it's near the big park.
